Financial Transparency
& Audit Integrity
For over 37 years, Perkumpulan YLKMP has honored the trust of rural communities and international partners through open village deliberation, rigorous external audits, and zero-compromise financial integrity.
Four Core Governance Principles
Guiding ethical stewardship of public, donor, and community resources.
Grassroots First (85%+ Program Ratio)
The vast majority of grant funding is directly allocated to field facilitators living in villages, community nursery infrastructure, and indigenous seed banks.
Community Social Audits
Budget allocations are deliberated transparently in village Berugaq assemblies so farmers and artisans review resource deployment in person.
Independent External Audits
All major multilateral and bilateral projects (HIVOS, OXFAM, AusAID, GEF/UNDP) undergo rigorous auditing by accredited Public Accounting Firms (KAP).
Zero Waste & Strict Anti-Corruption
Zero-tolerance policy regarding bribery, administrative inflation, or political kickbacks, maintaining our integrity since 1987.
Field-Centric Budgeting
YLKMP adheres to lean operational structures. Administrative expenses are kept low to ensure maximum resource flow directly into village seed banks, community nursery infrastructure, and participatory local research.
Average Annual Programmatic Budget Ratio
Multilateral & Bilateral Donor Compliance
Each program undertaken with bilateral and multilateral partners operates under dedicated escrow accounting and independent public audits.
HIVOS (Humanist Institute for Development Cooperation)
Post-earthquake low-cost rural housing (1,004 units), cooperative seed capital, and agrarian institution building.
OXFAM Indonesia & KRKP
Food policy social audits, participatory research on indigenous smallholder seed rights in Bayan.
AusAID (Australian Agency for International Development)
Community-based disaster management and watershed rehabilitation across North Lombok mountain corridors.
GEF / SGP UNDP (Global Environment Facility)
Community nursery management, non-timber forest conservation, and agroforestry around Mount Rinjani National Park.
DFID / British Council
